By using chaptergen.com you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
ChapterGen generates chapter timestamps and titles from video and audio files you upload. Results are produced by AI and may contain mistakes, so review them before publishing.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the chapters generated from them. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not break the law.
Free use and credits
Every visitor can process 2 videos for free, up to 20 minutes each. Paid credits are sold in packs; one credit processes one video. Credits do not expire.
If a video fails to process because of a problem on our side, email us and we will restore the credit. The same goes for any problem with a purchase, including a refund when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use ChapterGen to process content you do not have rights to, to overload the service, or to attempt to access other users’ data.
Liability
ChapterGen is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
